The touring exhibition should arrive in the hanseatic towns in the following way: Every town, that is interested in showing the exhibition should contact the following Email address (wolfgang.streblow@stadt-lippstadt.de) and arrange the conditions of delivery. The exhibition will be travelling to Anklam after the hanseatic days in Osnabrück in June 2006. Afterwards it should travel from Latvia town to town until it will be back in Lippstadt / Germany in May 2007. The current station is shown in the exhibition plan. The town, that shows the exhibition, has to cover the local costs and the transport into the It is highly recommended, that those persons who build up the exhibition in your own town, collect and strike it in the previous exhibiting city. This fact assures a construction without great difficulties. It is possible to build up the exhibition with two persons but it is much easier to set it up with four. The whole system contains simple stick connections. You only need a step-ladder, an electric screwdriver and lacing cord to fix the cables.
The exhibition requires an area of 10 x 10 meters. You should begin with the lower panels from inside (panel number 16). The following panels should be build in the form of an @. Here you can find a an assambly map as Acrobat pdf file. The angles can be adjusted to the local conditions, so that the exhibition can also take place in a smaller location. Thereafter you can control with the transverse joints of the roof structure, if the desired form of the exhibition is practicable. That is the fact if the panels number 16, 12 and one of the last panels in the centre of the @ run parallel. The connection system is very flexible. Accordingly you put on the panel row number 2 and 3, set up the roof and install the technique. The cables should be fixed with lacing cord. The TFT monitors can be put on the metal columns. You need about 3 hours time to construct the whole exhibition. There are pictures showing the assembly here. Here is the techical instruction The exhibiting city is responsible for the safety of the exhibition. Every part of the exhibition stand is protected mechanically. The total value in case of an initial purchase is about 15.000 Euros. The exhibition has to be observed during the opening hours. We ask you kindly to give us a contact person, the desired date and furthermore to send us the publications about the touring exhibition in your local press. The touring exhibition “Inspired by youth” has been generated after the 1st youthHansa music and art festival in Lippstadt in September 2005. The aim of the exhibition is to enhance and bring forward the youth Hansa network.

The exhibition consists of seven big transport boxes with wheels 
including three metal columns for the two TFT monitors and the laptop (first picture top left shows the monitor) and paper boards for the two monitors, one DVD player, one laptop, five little loudspeakers, one CD player, one booster, two briefcases (DIN A1) with 50 pictures and drawings, one wallpaper table with 
banner, one sail as guest book and various small parts. The weight of the goods is about 350 – 400 kg. The boxes need about 3 square meters. For the transport you need a van like a Ford Transit or VW LT without seets. The boxes must be fixed in the car.
